Hair Care Favourites

In the 9th grade a friend and I did our science project on hairspray and how it works on hair, we actually did so well we ended up going to the science fair with it. So to say that I love hair products is a bit of an understatement.

In addition to that I straighten my hair daily and colour my hair so I am always on the look out for products that make my hair look and feel healthy.

My everyday shampoo is any of the OGX brand. I am currently using an eucalyptus and mint scented one, which I love the smell of, actually I haven’t found a scent by them I didn’t like! I also really like to use the kukui oil and the biotin one they are definitely my most frequently purchased.

For conditioner I also use the OGX brand. However I will add in a deep conditioning hair mask. I am currently using the L’OrĂ©al extraordinary oil. I love the scent of this stuff, plus it’s glittery gold! I noticed it makes my hair fee super soft and easy to comb while wet, because I colour my hair a lot it can often get dry and stringy and hard to comb.

As a heat protectant I love using this Redken one, because I straighten my hair every time I wash it, I make sure I use a heat protectant. I am not too picky on what to use as long as I make sure I am using one. This one is very quick drying and I love the smell of it, so I find myself grabbing for this one the most.

For hairspray I use this Herbal Essence one. I have honestly pretty much only ever used Herbal Essence hairspray. I’m pretty sure the first time I used their hairspray was in junior high and I’ve never looked back! I have tried others over the years but never feel like they do what this one does for me. I haven’t found anything else that holds but still makes my hair feel natural and not sticky at a drugstore price!  Plus it smells amazing!

My dry shampoo of choice is another Herbal Essence product. I love the minty smell of this stuff! My hair doesn’t get very oily, I honestly only wash it about twice a week, however my bangs do tend to get greasy as I touch them a lot throughout the day. I also love to use this to add a bit of texture to my hair.

I have recently started using a dry conditioner. I like to also use this to add texture to my hair and I find it helps freshen the ends of my hair. It also helps keep all the frizz at bay!

What are some of your favourite hair products? I’d love to know if you have any you think I should try!

June Favourites

Over the last couple months I have been trying out a lot of new products, some have become favourites and quite possibly holy grail status so i thought I would share with all of you!

First up is what Ive been using as a base on my face. Ive been LOVING this combination of the new Cover Girl Elixir foundation mixed with my Avon magiX Illuminating Face Perfector, I love the combo of these mixed together, when I mix them its give the foundation like a moussy texture that helps it blend out really nice on my face. My skin can be extremely dry and I find these two products mixed together apply really nice over any dry patches.

My only complaint about this foundation is the colours are a little dark, I have the lightest shade but its still likely about a shade or two darker than what I would normally wear, that being said I have been able to make it work but wearing more of a bronzy glow look. I have seen others online say that their concealer goes weird with this foundation but I don't ever wear concealer so I haven't experienced that.

Another product I have been loving and I also shared on my instagram is also by Cover Girl and its their new Total Tease mascara. Everyone that knows me knows I am a mascara hoarder... I usually have about 6-7 tubes of mascara on the go at one time. I like to use a few different ones and build up some coats for full lashes. However I have been solely using this mascara on its own for weeks, well ever since I bought it. I just fell in love with it, I love it so much that last weekend when I was doing a clean out of old products I threw out 8 tubes of other mascaras because I know I won't wear them again. This mascara makes my lashes look full and wispy. I also love how I can make them curve out at the ends for a cat eye look even with out having liner on. I love the brush I love using both sides of the brush it just makes gorgeous lashes!

I have been also loving this Tarte blush in Paaarty! I received it in my "birthday gift" from Sephora and have used it every day since I got it. I love Tarte blushes, they are super pigmented and a little goes a long way. I actually have a few of their deluxe sized blushes and have used them a lot, but because they are so pigmented the embossing is still there they barely look used at all! To be honest the only high end / not drugstore blushes I own are all Tarte and I feel like they are all will ever buy for high end blushes.

Another product that I have been loving to use in a deluxe sample size that I got with point perks at Sephora is the Too Faced Soleil Matte Bronzer in Medium. When I picked this up I hadn't realized it was in medium. I originally wanted to use it for contour but it was way too dark for my ghost like skin. However, I use brown shadows all over my eyelids as my basic every day make up look for work and this shade was perfect for it! The brown of the bronzer is the perfect shade to make my blue eyes pop.

I always have full intentions on painting my nails fun colours or designs, but I am always either too lazy or never give myself time to get them completed. I also gravitate to the colour black for my nails, I have about 15-20 different bottles of nail polish and of them 6 are all black from different brands. Now for my favourite black polish, the Wet n' Wild 1 Step Wonder Gel Polish in power outage. I love this polish I find it fast drying and easy to apply it is also the longest lasting polish from the drugstore for me. I type all day on a keyboard so often nail polishes are chipping within a day or two of applying, but this one tends to not chip at least for a week.

What products have you been loving lately? Tell me down below I'd love to check them out!

2017 Goals and Resolutions?

As I mentioned in my last post I have a lot of things I want to change going forward in 2017.

I've started making a list of some goals and things I want to achieve over this year and going forward in my life. Honestly each year I say I want to be more organized, last year proved to be a busy year with lots of appointments and things to keep track of as I was weaning off my meds. I decided for 2017 I should try using a planner so that I can keep track of all my appointments because I have a bad habit of double booking them. The planner I bought for this is the Happy Planner, you can buy them at Michael's I really like all the space for writing in it and I also really like how there is a monthly overview page where you can write things you are Loving that month.
                                                                 (picture found online)

(starting to plan and decorate)

I was very negative last year, I completely let being diagnosed with a kidney disease take over my entire life. I let it make me feel like I would never get back to who I was before. It made me feel guilty that I couldn't do the things that I used to. So this year I planned that I would be more positive in my life. I have always believed that if you are positive about the things you want in your life then those things will happen to you. So after such a negative year; this is the year I'm going to make shit happen!

I want to make more time for myself. I want to designate time to do things I've always wanted to do but never made the time or pushed myself to do. Some of the things I want to do during "me" time is read more, I always love reading and go through phases where I will read 5 or 6 books and then I take an extended break from reading. I also am typically an early riser so as I get back into my work routine I want to be waking up about a half hour earlier than usual so that I can make time to do yoga, or mediate a couple of times a week and dedicate the other days to my blog, and writing posts.

Another thing I want to do this year and hopefully carry on into the future is try more recipes, and not just baking recipes... I really like to try and create my own recipes for both meals and desserts. I'd ideally like to put together a book of all my favourite recipe creations so I can have a collection of them.

Having a diagnosis of a "non-cureable" disease that affects your every day life, is something that really wakes you up. It really makes you want to focus on your health and do "all the right things" while still having fun and living your life. It has really made me want to be more active, eat better( but still eat cake too!), and look after my mental health and most importantly remember that it is okay to not be perfect and to have flaws, and that you can't do everything yourself no matter how much you try and be prepared. You will still need to lean on those that love you and get help from them every once and awhile!

My last goal I have set for 2017 is to finally make a YouTube video, this has been something I have been throwing around for the last few years. I enjoy making things, doing make up, trying new products and baking so I want to start making tutorials and review videos. I don't want to be intimidated by it anymore, and remind myself that the worse thing that can happen is that no one watches them, which isn't that bad because I will be no worse off and I would have still had the fun and excitement of creating the videos!

2016 Recap and why I've been MIA A LOT!

**This post may have a couple of things you consider TMI, but it was real life so I shared it**

2016 was a hard year... I know it was a hard year for a lot of people and I don't think that my happenings were any worse than anyone else's. I do know though that it was the worst year for me. The first couple months of 2016 were like any other year for me. I was still quite new in my job so I was still learning how it worked and it was exciting and rewarding (and still is). I was adjusting to life in a New Year and had all these goals and plans that I wanted to achieve. Then March hit and basically since then my life has been flipped upside down! I first had my appendix removed, only to discover the pain was actually a cyst on my ovary. That was all good and well and I was coping and finding a solution for dealing with that and any pain that came because of it.

My Doctor then ordered a bunch of blood work to do a routine check, as it hadn't been done in a while. This is when the real fun started. We started going through the pages of results. My iron was low basically anemic (this had never been an issue for me) so I was quite surprised, a few other things were off but nothing too alarming. Then we got to the kidney function...my kidney function was very low way too low for someone my age. He asked me if I noticed anything unusual when I urinated. I hadn't completely thought about it but since my appendix surgery my urine was an orange colour, I had thought this was just from the surgery and didn't think twice about it. This is why my iron was low I was passing blood in my urine more than someone usually would.

I was then referred to a Nephrologist, where he told me that basically till you are 30 you should have 100% kidney function, after 30 it drops 1% per year. So from this at 31 I should have only had a kidney function at 99%, at this point and time my kidney function was at about 47%. We decided that I would have a biopsy on my kidneys so we could see what was causing the drop in kidney function. While waiting for the appointment my urine went from orange to basically red it looked like I was peeing straight blood!! I  finally went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital, they decided to do a rush biopsy so we could get me on some medication to get it under control.

It turns out my kidney function was at 20% and I was diagnosed with something called IgA nephropathy. It is an auto immune disease you can read more about it here if you would like to know more.

Of course being diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease is a frightening thing, but I think the worst part of all of this was the medication. I had to take Prednisone which is a steroid that suppresses your immune system. (you can read more about it here). This medication has a TON of side effects, weight gain, shortness of breath, trouble thinking and mental health changes. These are just a few, and these few are some of the main ones I have had to deal with. Being on this medication I felt so tired or foggy. It affected my every day life, I couldn't remember every day tasks that I had been doing for years, I napped everyday sometimes even 2-3 times a day.

I started out at 60mg of the prednisone, and was weaned off of it taking my last dose on New Years Eve. This was one of the greatest days of 2016 for me, because I knew it was the start of a New Year and I was going to remain positive and overcome all of the body and mental changes that the medication and being diagnosed with kidney disease gave me.

So if you are wondering where I was the most of 2016, I spent the majority of it on my couch or in bed. I wanted to sleep most of it away for two reasons, I became depressed about the state of my life and also the medication made me extremely tired during the day and I slept like crap at night. I had no desire to socialize, I'd wake up everyday thinking about how I didn't want to be around any humans other than my husband. I no longer had the motivation to keep up with my blog even though I tried to force out a couple posts.

With that said I have lots of plans for 2017 and have a new outlook on life stay tuned to hear about them...

Bunny Toys!- Happy Blogtober!

Hello Everybody!
I had to take a few days off blogging as I was under the weather; however I hope to make up for it over the next few days!

My Bun is very playful, I've tried buying him tons of toys from the pet store but overall he really has no interest in them. He doesn't chew a whole lot (due to some teeth issues) and most bunny toys are meant to be chewed apart etc...

Since having a bun I have done a lot of research on how to care for buns and different toys and things you can make for them.

One of Puddin's favourite toys that I make is paper balls. They are super easy to make and fun for him.. he loves throwing them around the room or chasing after them if I throw them.

First you start with two paper towel tubes and a pair of scissors.

Next I cut the tube into slices I would say a couple of centimetre wide.

Then I assemble the balls, I start overlapping the paper towel strips over each other.

Till I make a complete round ball shape. I typically use about 5 pieces per ball. You can use less and have more gaps which are fun if you hide treats in them.
I get about 4 balls per tube.

These DIY toys are not only easy but super cheap! I keep all of our paper towel rolls so that I can make these for Puddin when I find he is getting bored of other toys he has as these ones always seem to be a hit, especially with a frozen blueberry in them as a treat!

And after a long day of playing with those you get a tired out bun like the one above!

Puddin and I hope you enjoyed this DIY on how to make his favourite toys! Keep watching the blog for some more bunny inspired posts coming real soon!

September Favourites- Happy Blogtober!

Over the month of September I discovered a few new products I fell in love with... I also discovered some old favourites and fell in love with them all over again.

Beauty Products: the NYX Micro Brow Pencil. I never thought I would like a brow pencil, I've always filled my brows in with a powder or eyeshadow and then I bought this pencil... I don't think I will ever go back to a powder again. I really love the way the fine pencil makes hair like strokes and fills in my brows evenly without making them look too overdone or underdone.

Maybelline Lash Sensational- I have been using this mascara for a few months now and I really like it. I like how the brush evenly coats all my lashes and combs them out as well as giving my lashes a bit of a curl. I also really love the formula, it doesn't flake or smudge.

Maybelline Falsies- This is an old love newly found again. I LOVE the combo of this mascara brush used on my lashes with the Lash Sensational. Although the mascara has dried out long ago I've washed the brush and have been using it in combination with the lash sensational and I really love how full it makes my lashes look. I feel as though I am using falsies minus the actual false lashes.

Elf Eyebrow Kit- Also an old love made into a new one. I previously used this eyebrow powder on my brows, however thanks to Thataylaa (on YouTube) where she mentioned she used the elf eyebrow powder in light as a contour I decided to give it a try and I actually love it, it is pigmented more than other lighter colours I have used and not too dark like most contour powders.

Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Chihuahua- My Step Daughter got this in a lip sample pack from Sephora and she gave it to me, I love it! I love the formula, its not drying at all and feels extremely comfortable on the lips and the colour is the perfect pinky nude every day colour.

Other Products:

Toms of Maine Deodorant- My armpits are extremely picky at what I use as a deodorant. I have tried every brand I can think of in stick form for deodorants and so far this is the only brand that doesn't break me out and also has a half decent scent. Yes, you will still sweat when you use it because it isn't an anti perspirant however I find that once your body is use to using a deodorant you will find it feels a thousand times better than those antiperspirants.

OGX Kuikui Hydrating Hair Oil- I've been using this spray over a few months now but I love it, especially now that it is getting colder which in Western Canada means it is getting drier. I spray this stuff on the ends of my hair when I get out of the shower, and sometimes again after I straighten my hair just to make sure it keeps all the ends of my hair under control. I don't use a lot of hair products and I like to find ones that have multiple uses. I am also a huge fan of the shampoo and conditioners by OGX.

Herbal Essence Dry Shampoo- I wash my hair 2 maybe 3 times a week, so dry shampoo is a staple in my hair routine. I randomly bought this dry shampoo about a year ago while cashing in Shoppers Optimum points and I am sooo glad I did! Prior to this I had tried out a few different dry shampoos that I felt either didn't do too much or smelled really horrible! I would say this is likely my 4th bottle of this stuff, I find it absorbs any extra oils in my hair and makes it feel fluffy and clean again but also it makes it smell amazing! This dry shampoo has a minty scent with it that smells soo good, it's not minty that it smells like tooth paste or mouthwash but it is a nice light mint scent perfect for hair that is a couple days old!

Okay now on to random favourites,

This month I have fell in love with crocheting again, I find every fall/winter I really enjoy crocheting new scarves. I've been spending my evenings watching tv and crocheting.

Speaking of TV.... my favourite show of the month, The Block. The Block is an Australian reality show where 5 couples compete to renovate apartments/houses and auction them for the highest price. My friend Jaclyn told me about this show and from the moment I watched the first episode I have been hooked. I am debating going back and watching old seasons because I like it so much. Only problem is now I want to reno my entire house!

Hopefully I didn't bore you too much with all of the things I have been loving over the month of September! I really enjoy doing these favourites posts because I get to share all the new things I discover with all of you!

Welcome to Blogtober and 10 Things about me!

Hello Everybody!

I haven't been nearly as active on here as I would like; so in an effort to be creating more content for my blog and posting more frequent I decided to do "Blogtober". Blogtober is where I want to post every day of October. This is my favourite month of the year and it is also host to my two favourite holidays. Which means it is most likely the month I am most active.

I thought a good place to start Blogtober would be to share 10 Things about me.

1. Growing up I always loved horses; I made my husband promise me if we won the lotto I could get one. Since getting a bunny 3 years ago that has changed if I won the lotto I would want all of the bunnies!

2. I grew up in a very small town in Nova Scotia; I now live in Alberta... something I thought I would never do. I don't even know if I would ever want to move back to Nova Scotia now.

3. My Husband and I got engaged and Married all in a week and streamed it online to our friends and family, and if I could do it all over again I would do it the exact same way!

4. I don't want children. I love them and make a great step mom/ aunt. However I have no desire to birth any babies myself.

5. I love going to concerts! I have been to everything from Spice Girls, Katy Perry (actually got to meet her) Foo Fighters and Metallica four times!

6. I have straightened my hair every day/ time it's been washed since I was about 15. The thought of my hair not being straight makes me so anxious.

7. I have two auto immune diseases (psoriasis and IgA Nephropathy). I have had psoriasis since I was about 7, the IgA Nepropathy I was just recently diagnosed with.

8. I am a huge wrestling fan. I have watched it since I was little and lucked out that my husband was also a fan!

9. If I could bake everyday I would.

10. I've only recently (last two or three years) become obsessed with make up. I wonder what my make up would have been like in high school if I knew all these other products existed!

Hopefully you've enjoyed this post as much as I have enjoyed writing it!

What's in my travel make up bag?

I recently went away to visit a friend for a weekend. I flew there and it was only about an hour flight which meant I didn't want to have to wait for a checked bag or pay for a checked bag for such a short trip. However only packing a carry on means bringing as very little make up as possible but still enough to do the job.

Left to right: Elf Dump Bag, Rimmel Lasting Perfection Foundation, Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette, Maybelline Lash Stiletto, Maybelline Fit Me Matte in Translucent, Elf under eye concealer and highlight, Essence lip liner in Satin Mauve, Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara Cover Girl Bombshell Powder Brow& Liner,  Essence Make Me Brow, Elf Blush in Tickled Pink, L'Oreal Infallible Contour Kit.

I love this palette you can create so many different looks with it that its a great palette to travel with and it fits comfortably in my makeup bag so it doesn't take up too much space!

I clearly use this blush a lot as you can see I've hit pan on it! This contour palette is the only drugstore one I can find that fits my pale skin tone. The highlight is a little powdery but if I put it on top of the Elf cream one it looks amazing!
I just realized I forgot to include the L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Balm in Nourshing Nude that I use with the lip liner, this combo is my everyday nude lip look I love it!

All of these items fit in my make up bag with extra space! I totally could have packed more but wanted to keep it as simple as possible.

What are your go to travel make up products? Let me know in the comments below, I always love to try new products!

Covergirl Trublend Liquid Foundation *Review*

I received this foundation for review from BzzAgent. I love trying out new foundations but find it hard since I have fairly pale skin, it is often hard to find a foundation that matches my skin tone and doesn't oxidize. This one comes in about 21 different shades ranging from palest to fairly dark as well. There is a good variety of shades for any skin tone.

This foundation is light-weight with at most a medium coverage. It glides on smoothly with a nice dewy finish. It doesn't feel cakey or heavy. I have applied it with both a dampened beauty blender and a foundation brush. I will say with a brush you get more coverage but again its only about medium coverage. However you still get a great finish with either the sponge or brush.

BEFORE:

I have very pale skin with a lot of acne scarring and redness.

AFTER:

Just foundation applied.

After the rest of my makeup is applied. I love the finish of this foundation! So dewy and fresh looking.

I do find this foundation only lasts 4-6 hours, 6 hours being with a primer. I really like this foundation for the summer as with it being so lightweight it's really great to wear in the heat. However it doesn't have SPF in it so that is something you will need either in your moisturizer or primer.

AFTER 7 HRS WEAR AND A NAP

Ignore the smudged eyeliner, this is what happens when you nap :)

Overall this foundation has a great price point between $8-$12 and can be bought at any drugstore, Walmart or Target. Although this foundation has a pump, it doesn't seem to work as good as other pumps which sucks because a pump on a foundation is one of the best things!

S'mores Chocolate Cookies

If there is one thing I can never have enough of it's s'mores... It is not unusual for me to wake up and make a s'more over my stove at 7 am before I go to work in the morning.

I literally try and make every s'mores recipe I find, some haven't always been winners. However some have! and these cookies are one of those! They are every bit delicious as they are easy!

These cookies have everything you want in s'mores; graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate and lots of it!

The Recipe:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2-3 mini marshmallows per cookie
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Cream butter and sugars, next add the egg, vanilla, and milk. Mix all the dry ingredients in separate bowl(flour, cocoa powder, baking soda). Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until no dry ingredients remain. Fold in chocolate chips and graham crackers. Once all mixed scoop out using a tablespoon measuring spoon and drop on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Next top each cookie with 2-3 mini marshmallows.

Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until the marshmallows appear toasted on top. Moving your rack up one spot will help to toast the marshmallows. Let the cookies cool for about 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a cooling rack or enjoy them warm off the pan for that perfect, campfire s'mores experience!!

I hope you enjoy not only making these but eating them as much as I did!

Simple Micellar Products

I received these products as part of a ChickAdvisor review club. If you haven't heard of them before you should totally check them out here.

In my package I received the Simple Micellar Make Up Removing Wipes, the Micellar Water, and  the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer.

Let's start with the make up removing wipes, I freaking love these things! They are my new favourite and dare I saw holy grail make up removing wipes. They are awesome at cleaning off my make up even my eye make up. They don't sting my eyes like other wipes do and they don't leave my face feeling dry or like I scraped my make up off. I often find that other wipes feel scratchy on the skin and my skin always feels stingy after. I usually end up washing my face with cleanser and using a heavy moisturizer after I use them. However, with these wipes I don't even feel the need to wash my face afterwards.

The Micellar water, I love using this stuff if I am wearing very heavy eye make up, like a dark smoky eye, a lot of liquid liner, or waterproof mascara . Like the wipes this stuff doesn't sting my eyes like other micellar water's I have tried. It works amazingly and I also use it with my contacts in and it never seems to affect them like other make up removers have. I would recommend though to have good quality cotton pads. I have some cheap ones at the moment and they always seem to fall apart but this really has nothing to do with the micellar water... just me being cheap buying crappy cotton pads haha

Now for the moisturizer... I love Nivea Face moisturizers, I use both the day time and night time Q10 stuff... However since I received this one in the mail I have been using it day and night and my face has had very minimal if any breakouts since I started to use it. My only complaint is that there isn't a SPF in it. I have VERY VERY pale skin and burn quite fast especially on my face even in only like 15 degrees celsius.

Overall I am super impressed with these products and they are quite budget friendly as well as you can get them at your local drugstore or Wal-Mart.

Let me know some new products you have tried out and what you are loving in the comments!

Banana Hazelnut Crepes

We love going to Cora's for breakfast, I love the fresh fruit and decadent breakfast choices. There are only about 4 or 5 Cora's in the city of Calgary so on the weekends they can be very busy, very often we want to go but there is always a line up and when I am hungry the last thing I want to do is wait in a line to eat.

One of their recipes that I love to "re-create" is there banana blasts. If you have tried this before oh my goodness you need to! They are light crepes filled with Nutella and sliced banana with a bit of whipped cream on top! Sooo Yummy!

This is one of the easiest, tastiest breakfasts to make.

I have made these crepes for years, they are one of the easiest things to make pretty much fool proof.

1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup flour
2 tsp Sugar ( I sometimes omit this, out of forgetfulness)
1tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
Melted Butter for pan

I put all the ingredients in a bowl in the order of the list and mix it with a fork or whisk. You can also mix these in a blender, it is much faster and gets the lumps out easier.
Once all the lumps are out I put coconut oil in my pan and melt it, after it is melted I take a 1/3 Cup measuring cup and scoop the batter and pour it in my pan.

I tilt my pan in a circular motion to try and cover the entire bottom with the batter, once the bottom is covered with batter and it starts to bubble a bit I use a spatula and flip the crepe over, once it is slightly golden on both sides I take it out of the pan and repeat the process till all the batter is gone.

Next the fun part: Adding the toppings!

This time I used Laura Secord Hazelnut Spread, but you can use Nutella too. I spread a thin layer of it all over the crepe

Then I add sliced bananas ( I somehow forgot to take a picture of this step )

Lastly I just fold up the crepe like a burrito, I will use a little of the hazelnut spread to keep the crepe closed. Then I add a few dollops of whipped cream and a couple more slices of banana on top.

You can also add in other toppings like strawberries with the hazelnut spread, or a custard and other fruits or even a rhubarb!

Voila! You have your very own version of the Cora's Banana Blast!
