In addition to that I straighten my hair daily and colour my hair so I am always on the look out for products that make my hair look and feel healthy.
My everyday shampoo is any of the OGX brand. I am currently using an eucalyptus and mint scented one, which I love the smell of, actually I haven’t found a scent by them I didn’t like! I also really like to use the kukui oil and the biotin one they are definitely my most frequently purchased.
For conditioner I also use the OGX brand. However I will add in a deep conditioning hair mask. I am currently using the L’Oréal extraordinary oil. I love the scent of this stuff, plus it’s glittery gold! I noticed it makes my hair fee super soft and easy to comb while wet, because I colour my hair a lot it can often get dry and stringy and hard to comb.
As a heat protectant I love using this Redken one, because I straighten my hair every time I wash it, I make sure I use a heat protectant. I am not too picky on what to use as long as I make sure I am using one. This one is very quick drying and I love the smell of it, so I find myself grabbing for this one the most.
For hairspray I use this Herbal Essence one. I have honestly pretty much only ever used Herbal Essence hairspray. I’m pretty sure the first time I used their hairspray was in junior high and I’ve never looked back! I have tried others over the years but never feel like they do what this one does for me. I haven’t found anything else that holds but still makes my hair feel natural and not sticky at a drugstore price! Plus it smells amazing!
My dry shampoo of choice is another Herbal Essence product. I love the minty smell of this stuff! My hair doesn’t get very oily, I honestly only wash it about twice a week, however my bangs do tend to get greasy as I touch them a lot throughout the day. I also love to use this to add a bit of texture to my hair.
I have recently started using a dry conditioner. I like to also use this to add texture to my hair and I find it helps freshen the ends of my hair. It also helps keep all the frizz at bay!
